This summer marks a significant milestone for STEELHIGHSEN International—our 4th Anniversary, commemorated under the theme “Four Years of Brilliance · Riding the Momentum.” Over the past four years, we have grown from a passionate startup into a globally recognized brand in the stainless steel solutions industry, driven by dedication, innovation, and unity.
To celebrate this momentous occasion, the STEELHIGHSEN team embarked on a two-day mountain retreat in Jixian, Tianjin, where we left behind the hustle of daily work and immersed ourselves in nature, reflection, and team spirit.
Part 01: Into the Wild · Breaking the Ice
As morning sunlight filtered through the trees, our log cabins and tents became a secret basecamp for connection and joy. Laughter echoed through the forest as our carefully designed team-building games broke the ice and sparked camaraderie:
“Paper-Clip Cup Balance” tested patience and precision,
“Who’s Calling?” and “Guess the Song” had everyone laughing out loud,
“Finger Unity” unleashed unexpected creativity and chaos.
The energy peaked during the legendary “Name Tag Ripping Battle”—a fierce showdown of agility and strategy. In the end, the losing teams donned aprons and embraced their fate as “grill masters,” serving sizzling skewers that united us all around a shared table.
Part 02: Bonfire Night · Songs Under the Stars
As dusk fell, a bonfire lit up the mountainside. Music, laughter, and the crackling fire set the scene for an unforgettable night. Beneath a sky scattered with stars, we sang, danced, and celebrated the people behind STEELHIGHSEN.
The anniversary cake-cutting ceremony marked a heartfelt moment. With every slice, smiles bloomed and emotions swelled—a reminder of how far we’ve come as a team.
Interactive mini-games and surprise performances made the night even more vibrant, weaving flames and joy into a glowing memory of our shared journey.
Part 03: Mountain Adventures · Summer Thrills
Day two began with thrills and spills. A 5.6-kilometer canyon rafting adventure sent us bouncing between gentle streams and rushing whitewater, laughter and splashes echoing through the gorge.
In the water play zone, a full-on “splash war” erupted—water guns and buckets turned teammates into playful rivals, soaking in the summer spirit.
We then ascended to the scenic Eye of the Sky, where the horizon seemed within reach. That breathtaking moment of stillness filled us with renewed strength, reminding us of the vast possibilities ahead.
The final adrenaline rush came with mountain scooters dashing downhill—speed and wind merging with cheers and freedom, igniting our passion for what’s next.
